The following describes the most significant changes which have
occurred in the AST library between versions V9.2.14 and V9.3.0 (the
current version):
A new subclass of MappingMapping, a SplineMapSplineMap, has been added, which
represents a 2-in, 2-out Mapping defined by a pair of two-dimensional
B-spline surfaces.
Programs which are statically linked will need to be re-linked in
order to take advantage of these new facilities.
